So why was I given the suite option to begin with? I was rudely told that it says in the fine print it's not guaranteed and I should have paid for the room in advance if I wanted a guarantee. How exciting to have a suite! Then I arrived at check in and was told I could only get a standard room free due to high occupancy rates. I was given the option to book a standard room or a suite for free on a Monday night, so I selected the suite. Next a menu comes up for the date you selected with room types available and rates. A great feature is that you can now book hotel rooms online as a players club member and a calendar pops up letting you know dates available and room rates- super convenient.

I've been a loyal Mohegan Sun customer for many years and I have always been very satisfied with the amenities and level of service provided, however I want to share my recent experience with booking a room that left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth.
